SEPT 2016 – Last house snatched up by lucky buyer

Following completion of the first phase housing development at New Bolton Woods, Skipton Properties has announced the last available house has now been sold marking the end of a successful project. This is only the start of CRUVL’s transformation of the wider area and further development should follow as the next parcels of land become available for development.
