OCT 2016 – New Bolton Woods development is a go-go!

The Planning Consent Decision Notice has now been issued for the entire New Bolton Woods development. The following statement was released:

CRUVL is delighted that planners have now issued the formal Decision Notice for our New Bolton Woods development. This confirms that various conditions set by the Planning Committee when they approved the project have now been fully agreed. We are now looking to begin work on the new Local Centre, including a food store and other shops as soon as possible. Discussions are also underway with a number of house-builders to continue delivering new houses, following the first 50 which have already been built and sold. All of this will be good news for the local economy and the community in Bolton Woods.
