MARCH 2018 – Keepmoat Homes: New work commenced

Following the granting of planning consent for the second phase of housing at New Bolton Woods, delivery partners Keepmoat Homes have now commenced work on site to deliver 145 new homes. Initial site works are being funded in part by a £3.6m grant from the Leeds City Region Growth Deal. This will assist with provision of infrastructure before the first houses are built later in the year.
