JULY 2017 – As 50 doors close another 145 open

CRUVL, together with housing developer partners Keepmoat Homes has submitted a planning application for the second phase of housing at New Bolton Woods. This will comprise 145 new family houses and is much larger than the first phase of 50 new homes that are now fully sold and occupied. When completed this will mark a major element of the overall delivery plan to transform New Bolton Woods.
